Quotes

Ron Judkins - Winner: Best Sound Mixing: For a whole generation that has never had to experience war, "Saving Private Ryan" powerfully and nobly demonstrates the horror of what that is.

Just Disappointing..

Award of the American academy of cinematographic arts and sciences, from 1940th known as "Oscar", - American film award created in 1929 and traditionally handed to the figures of cinematographic art for their contribution to creation of movies. The 71st Annual Academy Awards were such a big letdown but also a letdown for great movies to lose gold in general. I mean let's be realistic here alright? Saving Private Ryan deserved more wins than Shakespeare in Love and no offense but Gwyneth Paltrow and even Judi Dench did not deserve to win. (2/10)
